You’re not alone. Right now as you sit there in front of your computer, there's someone with you. No worries, it’s not the ghost of your great aunt Beatrice. Actually, it’s someone who takes a keen interest in your life and what you’re up to. An interest in you, your personal growth, business/career goals, and relationships.
Who is it? It’s you. The greatest you ~ intuitive you.

What Mr. Jung is pointing out is the difference between the rational mind and intuition. Simply put, it's the difference between thinking things through and going with that certain feeling in the moment. Each one has its merits and limitations.
But what if you could connect the two, the rational and intuition? Perhaps such a union could cancel out the limitations of each. It's the rational/intuitive connection that can literally open up possibilities in ALL areas of your life.
Einstein's Intuitive Cloud Thoughts
That rational/intuitive partnership is far more empowered than mere intuition or reason alone and can awaken a super-consciousness within you. (It's normally called "sub-consciousness" but personal experience has demonstrated that it's much more super than sub.) It's that part of you that actually dwells beyond your knowledge and your senses.
It's pretty clear that Albert Einstein was a great rational thinker. It's been said that when Einstein was unable to arrive at conclusions and solutions through reason and logic he’d sit on his balcony and watch the clouds pass by.
It was at these times of letting go and clearing his mind that ideas would present themselves like gifts out of nowhere. Effortlessly! The intuitive you is the coming together of the rational and the intuitive and this power is available to everyone.

Wow! That's quite a statement considering it comes from one of humanity's greatest thinkers. However, I'm sure Mr. Einstein would agree that the rational mind sets the stage or asks the questions that get answered by the intuitive you.
Your 3 lb. Knowledge Machine
Your prefrontal cortex is that magnificent part of your brain that handles the executive functioning of your life. You know, things like your ability to differentiate between conflicting thoughts, determine good and bad, figure out future consequences of actions, and work toward goals and reasoning to name a few.
Your ability to reason comes in very handy. It allows you to learn to drive a car, perform the duties of your job and it gives you the wisdom of pulling your pants on before you put your shoes on.
Your 0 lb. Boundless Idea Machine
Your super-consciousness (intuitive you) is a part of you that has the ability to take what’s bouncing around in your brain and piece it all together into unthought-of combinations and creations.
More importantly, this part of you also dwells beyond your senses and what you know and therefore can offer ideas and solutions outside of your everyday perceptions. You can innovate and create completely independent of all your brainwork. It's life’s only real magic!
Which Way, Which Way?!
"Above the fold." We've all heard that term. It's used to describe that all-important web site first impression that all online marketers and business people see as being paramount.
I was looking for my own spectacular first impression for my new site LifeUplink.net (UpLinking to that super-consciousness of course.) I was going through stock images of women and men from various cultures.
I was arranging and rearranging them along with my title text but nothing was working out. For 3 or 4 days I was immersed in attempting to put it all together. It was a great big rational-thought-fest but I was ultimately getting nowhere.
Finally, one night I packed it all in and let it all go. "This isn't working, I need a new direction." I told myself as I headed upstairs to bed. The biggest difference between this night and previous ones? I didn't take my project with me in my mind. I completely gave up and that left me with a clear mind.
The Effortless Part!
The next morning I awoke and headed for the coffee machine. On my way I realized I had a new and foreign image in my brain. That may sound strange but it was truly an idea from nowhere!
It was an image that perfectly tells the story of your rational/intuitive mind connection. It speaks of the potential experiential conversation between you and your super-consciousness. As you can see it's a thought bubble that's also a speech bubble. Your thoughts can be a conversation between you and the... you beyond you.
Here was the momentous part of that new image in my mind:
I didn't think of it!
That's right, everything I thought of in my quest for a great web page did not include anything even remotely close to my new logo. I was looking in an entirely different direction. I'm clear that such eureka moments are a gift from beyond our senses and what we know ~ a gift from our super-consciousness.
These ah-ha or eureka moments can come in different forms. The story I just told you illustrates how your dreams can be used by your super-consciousness but that's only one avenue. Others can be through thoughts and images during your awake, everyday life. Yet others can come through an awareness somewhere in-between; something I call "perceptual mind vignettes."
A Life More Extraordinary
The results? Well, the intuitive mind can grow into an intuitive life. It’s a part of you that can profoundly impact your career or business, your relationships and your own personal growth throughout your life.
Your rational mind is like being a football player whose sitting in the stands playing a football video game. Living an intuitive life and combining the rational with the intuitive is putting down the video game, getting out of the stands and being on the field, where your own personal life/career coach awaits.
There are times when the direction and guidance your'e given can be so timely and personalized that you’re left wondering: whose running this life anyways?! At that point your life and career become more fulfilling, successful (your terms), peaceful and happy.
