how it all began...
In The Beginning
Like all of us, I began life in a paradise of play and fun! However, I experienced early life difficulties and upheaval because of cataclysmic family events.
Trauma Follows
Those difficulties followed me throughout my early adult life. Nothing was working. Relationships, career, money, it all seemed out of reach and confusing.
Inner Darkness
I made the best of things but lived my life with a darkness inside of me. It was always with me, sabotaging my happiness and peace.
Life Revelations
And then, I took a deep dive into the nature of being human. I began to explore my mind and life. I kept a journal, asked questions about life and most importantly... I listened!
Free At last!
The darkness began to fade and was replaced with a life of light and new beginnings. Finally, I was free and began living a heavenly life, in the here and now! Or as I like to call it, being paradise. I realized that peace, well-being and joy were within me all along.
. . . just like you!
